Ivaylo has established his reputation as an expert in these areas and a demanded adviser, and his specific and thorough knowledge in the application of the Public Procurement Act, the Law on Protection of Competition and the Waste Management Act and the instruments, related to them, distinguish him as key expert and successful project manager in these particular areas.
